Mesh basket for Cheese Maker.

Small Mesh basket, h: 7,5cm, for 200-300g kefir cheese.
Large Mesh basket, h: 13cm, for 400-600 kefir cheese.
Mesh basket is specifically designed to enable slow straining. It’s made from nylon mesh, that separates the whey from cultured dairy. The mesh basket has hard frame that makes it more sturdy. When cheese is ready we can turn it upside down on the plate to take out the cheese. Between batches it can be cleaned and used again.

Priporočam, ker je sestransko uporabna zadeva. Košek ne uporabljam le za izdelavo sirčka iz rastlinskega mleka, temveč tudi za separacijo kefirjevega pinjenca za gostejši kefirni namaz. Pri pripravi sodavice (vodnega kefirja) mi košek služi kot notranji nosilec svežih sadnih in zeliščnih dodatkov, ki jih tako na zelo enostaven način zamenjujem, dodajam, odvzemam in tako ne posegam v vodna kefirjeva zrnca.
