The courier did not deliver but Kefirko are sorting it out with no quibbles so 10 out of 10 for Kefirko and zero for the courier.

I was given a kefir maker with this part missing. I am really pleased that spares are available. I was sceptical at first but I now love the system. It’s good not have to deal with using a sieve. The slotted lid is much easier to clean. Quick delivery. No problems.
