I haven’t used it yet, because I have a live culture, I just bought it as a backup. But five stars, because I have not been disappointed with the other products.
Bistra –
Great people, helpful and polite!
I missed a line in my address and communication with them was fast, like next day.
The quality of the cristals is very good too.
Luis –
All ok, the culture started to ferment quickly.

this hasn’t turned out well. the last lot I had were wonderful – I only needed a replacement because of an accident where I lost my grains…. I did wonder if they were ok when they arrived as they’d somehow almost rubbed there way out of their package – difficult to describe. So I now plan to buy a fresh lot & hope for the best!
